Week 6

Baby Windle is just growing and growing. Why do I have an elephant on the baby ticker? Well before Natalie was born Ryan decided he wanted her to have a bunny to drag around by the ear. We figured we didn't need 2 bunnies, so he thought the new baby can drag an elephant by the trunk. Also, I've seen girly pink elephants or boyish elephants so it works for us!

So far so good still for me. I don't feel pregnant or have any symptoms as of yet. I talked to the trainer at the YMCA and he said I can continue all my normal weights and cardio until at least the 2nd trimester and he can show me some new exercises. I'm really worried about staying strong in my back and abs to keep from having tailbone pain during the pregnancy.

Did you know your baby looks like a lump of cookie dough?! LMBO! I am glad you can still work out! I always heard that working out helps with delivery becuase you body is more flexible, limber, or something like that!
