SHE'S HERE!!!

Hi to everyone. Here are the best pictures of our new baby girl. Natalie Ellen Windle was born February 27th at 4:07 am. Mommy and baby are doing great and should be home on Thursday. Thanks for everyone's support and wishes. --Ryan

41 Weeks

Well I went to be monitored today, and they said things still look good. She's got enough fluid and her heart rate is still high. They almost let me stay and have her today and then they changed their mind. So Monday is still on, unless she decides it's time!

40 Wk 5 Days

So I went to the doctor today, and they scheduled an induction for Monday the 26th. Please pray that she comes before then, I'd really like to avoid that kind of a procedure (lots of drugs, can be painful, etc). Not much has changed, she just told me to keep moving and walking.

Military vent - so this doctor (I see a different one every time) was shocked, she said I should have been scheduled for this Friday. I told her I didn't even have an appointment until Friday and had to call to get it changed to Wednesday. So of course, this Friday all the induction spots are filled. Annoying.

40 Weeks 2 Days

This is it. Or isn't it...

3 Years

Happy Anniversary to Ryan and I. In 3 years, so much has happened. We've lived in 3 states and 4 houses/apartments. We each have bought a new car. We've lost weight, gained weight, and we're getting ready to have a baby! We've made it through basic training, tech school, and a trip to the desert. It's been so wonderful. I feel so blessed that I have such a wonderful husband, nice house, mostly nice dog, good jobs, good cars, and the list could go on. I'm so thankful for Ryan and our marriage.

Happy Valentine's Day to boot. Looks like we won't add a February 14th birthday to this already crowded day. There are still 10 hours, but that seems rather unlikely!

Doctor

Well another appointment came and went - things are still progressing, but a baby does not seem to be on the way today. My next appointment is Friday the 23rd, I can't believe they can't squeeze me in before. She said I should just keep walking and staying vertical if I want her to hurry up. So I'm on my way to the gym for some more walking. I hope she comes before the next appointment, that seems far away. I can't wait to post pics of her, I showed Ryan how to use the blog last night so he'll keep everyone updated.

I can't wait until I can put up pictures of the baby instead of pictures of me!! I think she has dropped, well Ryan noticed it after I thought it looked funny when I was laying down.

39 Week 1 Day

Maybe the last picture? There are only 6 days left til the due date - could be more could be less. I have 4 1/2 days left of work - hooray!!! I have an appointment on Monday, maybe I'll get some news then. My cousin is due the 14th and her baby should be here anytime, and my friend Tricia just had her 2nd son. I'm next! I'm next!

Lazy Day

Drake must be picking up on my laziness. I was looking in the backyard trying to find him - then I peeked out the window and saw this...

No picture for 38, Ryan is working tonight and I can't take one of myself anymore. Nothing really going on now that all the shopping is done, the room is organized and washed, and the bags are packed. Just waiting. And trying to write 2 weeks of sub plans when I'm not really sure I'm leaving. I'm just going to write them for the 2 weeks after my due date, and if she comes a bit early my sub will just have to finish up the things I left behind (good thing I copy about 2-3 weeks ahead of time). Ryan works every night this weekend so I'll just working on cleaning, reading, and errands. We had some snow this week but nothing stuck. My next appointment is Tuesday so maybe I'll have a picture and some news!
