Well after Ryan finished his 2 week 12 hour shifts (overnights) they moved him to swings, which is 3:30 to midnight. Not much better, seeing as I get home at 4 and go to bed at 10. They also have not informed him of how long this new venture will last. Nice timing, looks like I will be a lot of unpacking by myself again. I think that is one of the hazards of being a military wife!

Do I look like a pimp? When we went to pick up my car we had Drake in the backseat of Ryan's car, hanging his head out like usual. A man pulled up to us, requesting if Drake was a male, and if he was fixed. After we answered yes to both questions, he became upset. He told us he had 3 females at home he wanted to breed him with. Too bad Drake, I'm sure that would have made a very happy birthday for you...

So today there were no kids, just meetings at school. I love to organize, so I did a lot of that today. My co-workers always give me a hard time about how efficient and organized I am. So that led me to the idea of starting or joining an organization buisness. I could market myself as an organizer for schools, as most teachers are notorious packrats! I could do that during the summer, and still teach. Plus, it would be fun for me because for some disturbing reason I really enjoy cleaning! We're going back to D.C. this weekend to help my parents with some things at their house as well as BUY ME A CAR!!!!

Friday!
Thank goodness it is Friday! It's been a fast week of work. I'm on the hunt for a new car after a poorly timed car accident. I'm glad I'm fine, but I'm really sad about losing my car. Ryan has been working 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. (sometimes 2:30 - 2:30) this week and next week, so I've been stuck at home in the evenings with no where to go! But tomorrow, my friend Danielle is taking me up to D.C. to visit my parents and my Grandpa who is in from Illinois. Ryan will be sleeping all day, so I'll miss him!

Today my friends and I are meeting my mom in Richmond for a girl's day lunch and shopping. That will be fun! We met with our realtor last night, and started looking for houses. I am so excited, and a little scared! It's a very competetive market here, which makes me sad that we will miss a lot of houses before we finally get one. All in all, it will be a fun experience!
