Ryan has started wearing the new Air Force uniform, so I decided to recycle his old ones. I used his shirt to make a purse and I used his pants to make shorts for him. It was fun! I couldn't find a pattern, so I just made it up as I went along.
You are too good! I can't sew, am not particularly crafty, and don't make the time to do as much with coupons as I should! Can you send some of your talent my way?! (I LOVE that purse, by the way...you could make others and sell 'em- I'd buy one!)
You are an awesome stay at home mommy. Very thrifty & creative! Oh regarding the sugar thing, look at it this way. The more aquainted to sugar her body is now the less likely she will have a huge sugar rush when she is older! You know those kids a little bit of sugar and they are running around acting like crazy kids. hehe:)

You must have unlimited patience... I tend to throw in the towel on most of my crafts because I get bored or frustrated...
you are so talented! I havne't looked at your blog in 2 weeks and look at all these pictures! Woo-hoo, I missed them.
You've always been so crafty. I remember making art with the wheat grains in your backyard as kids...random memory! I like the bag, though!
I love the purse!
