Well, are you sure you aren't arching your back in that photo? Ha! Ha! The top of your uterus should be at or near your belly button ("umbilicus" in medical terms. That's when I always told my patients they were "blossoming." At that time you will be half way through the pregnancy. Amazing, isn't it?
